I'm making great gains and I adhere to the philosophy of less is more. If my scale weight is going down, and my workouts keep getting better, why mess with it? BP, HR all in check, no insomnia, just a little bit of sweats but I can live with that
 
Just stay abt 3" under the armpit. You would think there would be a lot of veins to hit in there but never once have I drawn back blood when aspirating in a lat, and I've done more lat injections than I could shake a stick at
Also, how do you rest the injection site arm? Over the head?
 
You go 1 inch for the lats? Seems like a sensitive spot. I think I would slin pin it lol.
it does sound like it would be a rather unpleasant place to pin in my opinion, but 1inch sounds like the right length, I don’t think there’s a spot anywhere on my Lats that isn’t at least an inch thick/deep.
 
Today I'm due for a 1ml 300 test e, and .35 250 tren e lol, this is twice a week, the wonky .35 tren e is where I feel comfortable... sides to gain ration for me. I'm the worst at putting off a shot for a day or 2 lol.

It’s fine I do burry it still. I’m quite meaty in the lats though, I’ve used slin pins off and on and always feel better with deep injections

3 egg sausage bacon breakfast sandwich one with cheese and 2 orders of breakfast potatoes like 60c of potatoes
A large Nutella milkshake

For the most part, people take WAY more gear than they need. I’m all about taking only what you need to see results.

You can tell the guys at the gym who rely on drugs more than diet and training because they look great on cycle, but a month later they look like shit because the cheeseburgers and beer catch up with them when they aren’t abusing 800mg of tren a week.

My best cycle to date was 200mg test cyp and 200mg tren e per week. Hungry all the fucking time. Sweat like crazy in the gym. Some night sweats. Very little sides compared to dropping some bodyfat and gaining some awesome size.
