What is the way to build hamstrings? I guess i just started really focusing on activating them better.

For hupertrophy purposes, what exercises do you use use?
 
Seated curls provide most complete activation. But, you may be overthinking it, a little. Treat the same as any other muscle group and eat, rinse, repeat. I do one quad focused day(let’s say 10 sets quads, 6 sets hammy), one hammy focused day(9-10 sets hammy, 8 sets quads) a week.

I agree, i just never did seated until now. Awesome. Yes i split like so too. Thank You
