Been of test for two weeks, using NPP as a base for estrogen and running tren both at 100 week
Lol if you’re running long estered test, its not even out of your system yet. You need at least 3 weeks to be off and that’s with cyp, some even take close to 2 months for ester to clear.

I’m 10 weeks off and I feel like utter shit. I don’t mind everything else but the fact my libido is nonexistent sucks ass. I don’t think about sex at all let alone get m erection. Feel like my dick has fallen off but I’m giving it until the 16 week mark until I make a decision. I PCT’d for 2 weeks before I canned it. I feel bad now but not half as bad as I did on Clomid.

I came off after 5 years being on non stop mild blast and cruise.

Only real downsides are lower sex drive and don’t have superhuman recovery.

Only benefit I’ve noticed is I don’t have to think about pinning.

I lost some size and not as lean but nothing drastic like some of those transformations you see online.

Been off nearly one year cold turkey.

How did you look and did you just go back to what you naturally looked like?

I intend to be on at least trt for the rest of my life/long as possible.

Its been such a positive impact, to stop it would be insane.

Will I always be injecting the other stuff and orals and whatever else?
Naw.

But for now, I want to see what all the fuss is about

After a certain age coming completely off is worse than TRT, the hormonal fluctuations only lead to roller coaster that can even impact mood.

I would argue that coming off is only needed if you are young or trying for a kid.
Agree. I'm 46 on trt and I'll never come off again. It was horrible experience the gym was non existent and I got fat quick. Now if you are running a cycle of other compounds then you definitely need to come off that

A couple years ago I did trt for about 6 months than came off completely for 4 months. I never felt like crap from being off. But, I deal with chronic pain 24/7 so maybe I just don't notice.

Another thing, which is probably not the norm but I never train when on trt... never have (well I did decades ago before I figured out my body). I lose 7-10 lbs within a few weeks once everything is out of my system. This is all water weight. My muscles flatten but I lose very little mass other than maybe 5-10 lbs max. This weight loss usually didn't start until about 3 month into a 7 month trt.

When I do start losing more then that 5-10lbs of mass I go back on blast. It takes 4-6 weeks for muscle memory to put me back where I was. Then I would try to gain more mass.
Maybe I'm just lazy. But, it does give my body a nice break and it works for me. Plus, 4 months (out of 7 months trt) isn't really that long to be flat and lose only a little mass. Muscle memory does make me lazy I guess. But I was always happy easily getting back to at least 245 lbs at 5'9".

My body gets a break from training, a break from gear, and I don't burnout or get injured. My goal isn't to compete. I just like being big.

I know everyone is going to ask why I do this. I've been training for over 35 years. Whenever I tried training while on trt it would make me lose more muscle and faster (yes I trained lighter and more reps). I learned that if I was going to blast and cruise then it worked best for me this way. During the period of my life (15 years) when I took a break off everything, no trt nothing, I of course trained at least 3 days a week.

Bottom line and main point is, maybe I've never felt like crap because I never trained when on trt. If I try to remember that far back I guess it did suck training on trt. Being weaker and having less endurance sucks.

When I came off completely for 15 years I didn't train at all until I felt my natural test levels had time to recover. Back then it was just some hcg for about 4 weeks.

Back then I had only cycled for about 4 years and got up to 224 lbs at 5'9" 12% bf. My cycles consisted of 400mg test cyp max using a pyramid cycle (old school pre 2000s), and I never stayed on longer then 8 weeks. I was off at least twice as long as on.

When I started my 15 yr break, I was able to maintain 220 lbs. But the trick was that I had to be at least 15% bf to maintain weight. If I tried to diet down I'd lose muscle. So 15% bf it was going to stay.

So I guess my maximum genetic potential is 220 lbs 15% bf. After that 15 year break I started back and maxed out at 257 lbs. But the eating was too intense. 245 lbs was much easier to maintain.

I've been on trt since 2011, I will never come off but I will dial back my blasts. I'm in my mid-50s now in trt was a game changer for me all around.
