Has anyone managed to damage their kidneys in the absence of high BP?

Correct. This is why GH can be prescribed for kidney issues. It’s definitely not known to hurt kidney numbers.
What do you mean correct lol? You said you are 99% sure GH doesn't give false readings for your kidney function but it does. It can make it seem like your kidneys are working better than they actually are. You stop the GH and you see the actual numbers.

I meant correct as in its reverse on numbers

What makes you say the improved numbers are artificial?

Kidney issues are scary. Once you damage them, your life is basically over.
i knew someone who once they got diagnosed with kidney issues it was basically over from there. prescribed a shit ton of stuff literally a box of dozens of bottles bunch of diuretics and shit flushing out all the electrolytes and drying out the kidneys it’s like dude it’s already over from there. that’s why when you see all these guys talking about fixing instead of preventing it makes you wonder wtf they’re talking about. it’s always been about prevention, not last minute bullshit nonsense.

Yeah, actually a gallon is not usual, most days I’m at 4,5 - 5 liters plus other fluids from coffees, energy drinks, Diet Coke etc. Currently not so active I’m doing a desk job but yeah, it makes sense.. I’ll increase water and drop 20-30gr of protein to help with the waste.

Thanks man, really appreciate it! Honestly kidneys is the only organ I’d rather not to mess with but hey, life is full of surprises.

Thanks man! That showed better results when I added height and weight.
Seems to good to be true. My eGFR went from 70-80 to 106-109.....

Guess one really needs an ACR test and a proper opinion on it.
