Have new sentencing guidelines for AAS been passed yet?

Have they changed AAS laws yet? Someone told me they did but I don't remember hearing anything about it being passed exactly. If so, what has been changed? Have AAS become a higher schedule? Has the unit requirements been changed?

I read the bad news at steroidlaw.com. I'm suprised more people aren't worried about it. You still need a decent amount of oils (125ml) to move up on the chart but the tabs is what is scary. 250 tabs is nothing but could get you 6-12 months jail time, more if you have priors. Very serious shit here, makes it a whole different game if you ask me.
