Hello, I used to lift for about 4-5 years straight, done a few cycles, was massive and shredded. Due to work and school, I literally had no time to go to the gym, I'd be out the house about 12-14 hours a day, morning to night. Now I have time to go back into the gym. I started lifting last Monday, I had severe, severe, doms. Wasn't able to touch my face because of triceps being so sore. Im dumbbell pressing about 85lbs, curling 25's, squatting 205, but I have no gym endurance. I used to dumbbell press 125's, squat over 350 and curl 50's, I know I should take it easy for about a month. I'm just wondering how long till I regain my strength and some muscle back. It's depressing... Right now I just started a 500mg test 300eq, 300deca cycle, After a month im going to bump up to 1g test, 600deca, 300 eq and adrol.
