Hba1c 5.5 after 4 months of hgh. Next plan of action?

Without saying cardio is not good for your health, i doubt it would be the culprit of your high A1c. My natty A1c was 5,5 (without any cardio) and after i started gear it went to 5. I followed an off season diet with a big surplas and in the same time i added 3,6 IU GH. After couple months my A1c was 4,9 on 720gr carbs a day and zero cardio, just counting steps.

I'm a big advocate of berberine. When i'm at below 500gr of carbs i take a single 500mg dose, when i go beyond that i take another one. No GLP's, no cardio, no metformin. Just watch your carb sources and definitely don't overdo the added fats. 60-70gr total fats was my ceiling on bulk, except on my weekly cheat that may go up to 150-200 lol.

Point is, do whatever you can to drop it as you're borderline high. I don't think that GH is solely the reason behing high A1c. If it truly is, then you might want to reconsider using HGH.

Thanks for the insight. Yea it seems like hardly anyone I’ve talked to has glucose issues on 4-6iu

I hate that I didn’t check it before I started using it. I’m eating approximately 420g of carbs a day 100g of fat 220g of protein on this current bulk. Carb sources are rice beans oats, 2 bananas, 2 tortillas and a bagel for the most part. I eat the exact same thing 4 days a week and then Fri sat sun I have a set rotation of meals I typically eat where it’s mostly potato’s and oats and bananas for carbs.

I’ll try the berberine route. And reevaluate and monitor everything over the next several weeks.

Other than the gh I take test primo and deca but I don’t think any of those have an effect on glucose levels

Let us know how it goes. I have my fair share of experience with blood glucose and would love to hear how it goes!

do you find different brands of berberine to more effective?? What brand do you currently use if i may ask? I heard dihydro berberine has more bioavailability than regular berberine, thoughts on that?

I use WellBetX natural factors. I have used this and Best Naturals one, both from iHerb. Dihodroberberine could be an option too but i can't say anything because i haven't tried it. I'm good with regular berberine so far TBH and i don't see any reason to change it.

Before commit to a berberine sup, better watch this
