Has anyone used hctz to go along with high dose HGH? I have found I can get away with about 15iu daily during contest prep when bodyweight, carbs, inflammation, etc are low but in the offseason the carpal tunnel is unbearable during sleep. I have heard of some using low dose hctz to help manage water retention, and thus the carpal tunnel. Does anyone have personal experience?

I used it for water retention in calves but it fucked my electrolytes (low potassium, chloride and magnesium). It also worsen insulin sensitivity and increase cholesterol. To me it is a shitty diuretic, I prefer amiloride for that purpose (5mg two times a day). I add eplerenone in top of that (50mg two time a day too). It works really great
