Carbs: 23g From 45g of Phyllo Dough
Fats: 1 tbspn olive oil
Proteins: 190g of cooked chicken breast Hunter’s style with white whine
So, i had some chicken hunter’s style on the fridge... breast and unboned skinless thighs cooked into white whine Ecc...
Took a 45g sheet of Phyllo Dough (fatfree and with 23g of carbs)
placed at its centre lot of pieces of meat without sauce (the minimum possible)
covered with a very low fat white yogurt sauce made with white yogurt with salt and a tbspn Of olive oil
covered and sealed the whole phyllo sheet thats the real shit i love it.. sprayed a little bit of water to seal it better..
140 C 10 minutes
then i added the chicken sauce and other yogurt sauce...
FUCKIN MESMERIZING and diet friendly
suggestion.. fold the sheet in half bacause its so fuckin thin, so maybe use less meat,
If you wanna go for that amount of meat (roughly 220g from raw) remember that will be very thin and difficult to handle.
And use an aluminium pan because phyllo will easily break and sauces will drop, dont use fuckin baking paper like me, bad idea.
Phyllo dough is incredible, i did the same shit with a cream of : a yolk, whey protein with raw cocoa powder, sugarfree sweetener, sugafree and almost fatfree white yogurt sweetened. Fuckin cool.
