I've heard that some guys will place their raws (in some suited container, glass vials of sorts?) in the oven. 4 hours at 180 degrees celcius, for example, when brewing. In order to kill off some of the nasty stuff in there. (fungal spores, some bacteria?? I don't know).
On the one hand sounds nice with a safer product.
But on the other hand, doesn't it damage the product?
