So I've been around the board a while now reading and rereading just trying to be a sponge. My experiences in life have taught me to pretty much keep my mouth shut, eyes and ears open and you will learn the easy way. Seems to be a wealth of knowledge on the boards if you just pay attention and be patient. So I plan to study hard and stay in my lane and learn from the senior guys. Afterall there's no substitution for experience.

In 37 years old 6'4, 210 lbs and a hard gainer. I fight hard for every pound I can gain so I not only look forward to researching gear but also diets. I've been in gym pretty consistently since I was 18 and find the gym to be my happy place. An ipod a good set of headphones and plates and all in the world is good. I've ran several cycles in the past last one being 500 mgs test e a week preloaded with 40 mgs of dbol. I self admittedly have tons to learn.

Anyway just wanted to introduce myself and i look forward to learning from you guys.

I have one question. You say your a hard gainer..... Do you smoke?

I am just curious. I used to be a hard gainer. I smoked from the age of 18 to 25..... 3 months after I quit, BAM gained a stone. Not all good weight. But I gained much easier since.

If you don't smoke. Well done. Don't do it haha.

Kind of off topic here but does the smoking affect weight gain because of chemical reactions in your body or simply because of the nicotine acting as an appetite suppressant and you eating less?
