Hello. Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm super new to this so bear with my noob questions on other threads. The info I've found on here has been helpful. My goal isn't really to get big. Mainly it's to recover from injury. I appreciate any help and thank you everyone.
Whatever injury you do have can probably be found here with the search function. We have some actual Dr that post here also and if you start a thread in the Men's health section you may find some answers.
