Sup guys,

Been lurking for the past 6 months and gaining/learning everyday! Bit of info about me

Age: 42 (yeah, I am old)
stats:
5'6
160lb
13-14%bf
play HS football (not American football) and been lifting for 10+ years or so.
Training:
Sunday- Chest and Tri
Monday- Cardio 45-1hr or Tennis with the wife
Tuesday- Shoulder and back
Wednesday- Football or pick up basketball with friends
Thursday- Bicep and arms
Friday- Legs
Saturday- Rest day or Yoga with the wife :)


Looking in getting myself back in shape--building mass and then leaning out. Did my first cycle 2 years ago with great results (Test C 1.5cc per week for 12 week-) had no sides and all blood work (pre and post) was within range.

Looking forward to learning and growing!
 
Welcome aboard old man.;) LOL ...your not old my friend. sounds like your doing it right. Your in the best place to learn.

Welcome, youll find alot of workout routines and dietary info here to make the gains you want. Remember, gear is just one element of a bigger picture.

Now lets discuss more about this Yoga with the wife.. I would imagine this could lead into a more cardio style session?

I have been researching a new phenomena, Naked Yoga.. My research tells me this sport should only for be women.. With the men sitting on the sidelines watching (similar to football but more entertaining?) Maybe something to look into..

Anyway, good luck with your pursuits.

Mr. Bravo- yes sir-- once I start my cycle-increase food/calories is a must!

Ozzy619- You're right! Change in the lifestyle on the way I eat (I don't like to call it a "diet") and training with intensity is the key to success in my book!

CB- You should try it! :) Especially Bikram Yoga-just say I can't even last 20 minutes!

Hey I think yoga is great for flexibility, but I have a back of a sixty year old who abused it.

I think yoga helped with my flexibility issues- For the life of me I can't touch my toes but after yoga-boy oh boy! did it help! Beside, it's always good to give the old body a stretch here and there :)
