Hey Guys,
Hoping I've found the right forum this time... 49yo here and I've really been feeling the decline physiologically! especially in the last 5 years, I held onto my strength so well up until ~44yo. consistent weight training and diet for 30+ years. with no PED's for 10 years except for 2 cycles of LGD4033. and an underdosed run of BPC and TB500.
been re-reading into TRT for and against for some time now and I'm prettyconvicted convinced that TRT's not as bad as "they" make out.
so that said, I'm on a journey to try and heal myself physiologically and hopefully psychologically with a bit of Test C, ?CJC/MODGRF1-29? Ipamorelin, BPC, TB500, Tesamorelin, Epitalon. that's what I'm researching right now anyway, it'll probably change by tomorrow.
And if I was to give 1 piece of advice to a noob it would be, don't do less than a 6RM... I believe my joints, tendons and even my heart (Valsalva maneuver) and lifespan has suffered for it.
any Kiwi's here btw?
