I’m not using pre workout cause usually training stimulates me enough if I take any pre workout supplements or oral I feel like shit training high bp nervousness etc
Just infra workout water and some coffee couple hours earlier.
I also haven’t noticed a change in performance to take a pre I can hit the gym yawning and my strength and stamina are the same
