Hi Everyone,
Am totally new to this forum so thought id post an introduction. I stumbled upon this site whilst googling for bits and from what i read it seems like this is a good source of information.
I recently got back into training after splitting with my GF and have been back in the gym for about 4 months. Ive been able to work up to a fairly respectable routine but nothing like what i used to manage back in the days before i got distracted by a relationship.
Anyway, im pretty rusty. My old gym is still open but none of my old training buddies are there any more and im just rockin it on my own for now.
Looking forwards to having some like minded people to chat with
