I'd like to start off by saying I'm really happy to be apart of a community where steroids aren't viewed as tabboo. I hope to learn a lot from the experiences of members on this board as well as share some experiences of my own.

Here's a little about me. My name is Sam, I am a 22 year old male from the east coast. I have a job at a warehouse. I am a huge fan of the UFC and mixed martial arts as a sport. I like working out listening to music eating and relaxing.

Physical characteristics and current condition:

I'm 6'3" and 145 lbs(yeah) I have been working out since I was 16 years old. I do not have an eating disorder and I am not annorexic. I had blood work done for testosterone and it came back 833ng/dl earlier this year. Not sure how accurate this is as I've seemed to have had low libido for the past 4 years.

Side note: I actually saw a doctor about my chronic ED and was prescribed Cialis.

My goals: I hope to get into great shape and add on physical strength. My goal is at least 200 lbs by the time I hit late 20's. Right now I bench around 160-180 hoping to add a lot more weight on to that obviously...

That's just me on the surface. I hope to get to know a lot of interesting people.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have been in your shoes. You need food, lots of food. I'm sure plenty of other guys on here will agree with me that if you follow a diet we help you with, you'll see 200lbs

Lay it on me man, I eat for sure but Im willing to take into consideration any suggestions you or anyone with some knowledge give sme.

I want you to stop what you're doing right now... Get into your car, find the nearest five guys restaurant location and get a burger.

Then get two more.

Opt for the Cajun fry.

Get a milkshake for the ride.

Welcome to Meso.

Don't let me down.
Lmao, I eat man, not a whole whole lot but I eat decent. I think I have a fast matabolism, when I was a teenager the guy at my gym(owner) taught me the calorie method to combat that but I didn't have the discipline to keep counting calories.

No no, you don't understand... You need to eat a whole whole WHOLE lot my man.

I'm telling you this because using steroids isn't going to help you if you don't eat.

Tell me what you ate today.

4 am Breakfast I had 3 eggs 1/4 cup of Quaker Oats, wheat bread toast this was like

2pm after work I had 3 slices of left over pizza, 1 Grilled chicken breast and 2 thighs and some broccoli

Back and tri's at the gym shortly after then protein shake

5 pm I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich

In about 30 minutes I'm gonna eat the rest of the chicken with some brown rice and vegies for dinner.

That was pretty much it so far with water and protein shakes through the day.

6'3 145 good grief. Gallon of whole milk everyday. You will thank me. Also follow above advice. Welcome and good luck.
Yeah man been this weight for years too, the highest I ever was, was 159. I think part of it is because my rib cage isn't super huge. My shoulders are decent width but my rib cage looks kind of strange.

Also chicken legs lol.

No my friend it's because you don't eat enough. You're here now so listen. ACTUALLY DO what's being suggested and you'll get bigger.

You didn't eat between 4am and 2pm and you're thinking your ribcage is the reason you're not bigger?

I was at work, I work in the warehouse underneath an airport we usually don't take breaks until the very end of the workday because we're responsible for making sure the resteraunt a receive their needed supplies. And when trucks come in it can delay deleviries. Plus all there is to eat during break time is Burger King and I don't have a safe place to store my food without it being stolen or messed with, employee parking is all the way down the road so we ride the fairy to work, so my car really isn't an option.

I brought up my rib cage cause my bone structure(thickness wise) might be a contributing factor. I think if I had normal bone thickness I'd be at least 160.

I appreciate you entertaining my request, well done.

I hope it put things in perspective for you? If not, I'll tell you what I ate today and maybe it'll put things in perspective:

Breakfast: 8 eggs, 2 slices toast, bowl cereal

Lunch: 1lb of fish, 2 cups rice and salad with oil based dressing

Pwo- 12" sub with lean meats, two candy bars and caffeine

Dinner- 1lb beef, 2 cups of rice and a halo top.

This isn't me even trying to gain weight either... I'm off gear at the moment and maintaining my weight until next cycle.

I'm not trying to come down on you, just trying to get in your head how important calories are.

@gr8whitetrukker what did you eat today?

No doubt man getting the proper calories in are important I've been told that over and over again. I think what it is, is that after a while of not seeing results and life still happening around me(brief time in college and various jobs) I figured it was a genetic thing and I'd fill out in my early 20's... that's pretty much the equivalent of giving up and so far filling out in the early 20's hasn't been the case. I'm going to think of something to add more time for meals throughout the day.

This is going to take alot of self discipline! Gear is a big waste of money if your nutrition isn't on point. Gear will double protein synthesis in the body. You will have to Eat alot especially if you have a fast metabolism. Size and strength come from food. Gear just helps the process. What kind of workouts do you Do? Do you have a 4 day split, 3 days a week, or what? Are you on a certain program for building mass? You will have to find what works for you, but I've seen several guys put on mass and definition on a simple 5x5 workout. This doesn't include warm up sets.

Forget AAS.
You have no base and no dedication to diet. AAS is meaningless without food.
Ive been around the block and ive heard every lie every gym goer has ever said.
"I eat enough" is incorrect. You really dont have any idea what alot is. I promise you.
When i first broke the 200 lb barrier i thought it was a miracle. Ive been 6'1 since puberty. I was the tallest kid for years in my class till everybody finally caught up at 16 or 17. Early sprouter, skin n bones. But i was strong. U bes believe it. I thought sincerely i was a hard gainer. I struggled with diet. Struggled with putting on weight. I ate till water came back up my throat. I ate till i hated life. I ate till i KNEW i was hitting my cal goals ED. And u have to do it EVERYDAY. One thing i see most common in beginners is they go hard EOD or 3 days a week and go back to eating cereal in the days in between. You said it relax didnt you? Not in this sport. You will have to learn to be dedicated to that damn diet everyday till it becomes life. Till your starving every 3 hours. Till the food and whats in it becomes 2nd nature. I found out im not a hardgainer at all. Lol, i just had no IDEA what a diet looked liked. All these yrs later im stretching the fabric even in the largest custom shirts. My diet is similar to a man whos dedicated and set on building muscle. Go fuckin figure...get what u put in.

My man. Your lazy, misinformed and looking for a crutch. Hang out. Ask questions. Get the big picture down. The VERY last thing is the AAS. Dont be the other way around.

I'm in the same boat as you dude. I'm shorter tho at 5'10". I've spent the last 2 years almost everyday in the gym to only gain 10lbs. This past year is when I really saw my body change. Later spread not amazing but very visible. Chest filling in all around. Been doing squats and dead lifts. Bench went from 70lb to 165lb for normal reps. I'm not saying I need steroids to gain size. But at this rate I became impatient and said fuck it. Started a sustanon cycle at 350/week. I don't have the time to get up to 180 naturally. Might sound stupid. But it's my choice at 25 to experiment.

BTW I eat a lot. I try for 5 good meals per day. At least 5oz COOKED meat, ton of rice or potatoes, fat sources like mixed nuts/cottage cheese, avocado, coconut oil. And whole milk

I will PROMISE YOU. A FUCKIN PROMISE that unless you have something medically wrong with you your not gaining weight due to your DIET.
You cant fool me.
Its a simple fuckin scenario
Surplus of Calories+ weight training = muscle mass
TADA!!!
Steroids or not.

The only time that equation changes is when your approaching your genetic limit or have surpassed your natural genetic limit. Then steroids become essential to add muscle mass. And your NOWHERE NEAR that.
