Greetings!
At 27 years old, with three years of experience in the gym, сurrent weight of 81.7 kg and height of 179 cm. I started reading the forums here some time ago, and I decided to write to understand if it makes sense for me to start adding some supplements. I haven't seen much progress in the last six months, on the contrary, I've started to regress, and I don't know how to get out of this state. I would greatly appreciate any advice and guidance.
