My 18-Month Transformation: Leaner with TRT, Tirzepatide, HGH, and Masteron

This is a pretty great transformation! What was your diet and lifting like over the 18 months? Did you lift prior to all this?

Thanks.

Diet wasn't something out of this world...my main focus was to lose body fat, so at first I was happy with eating less and less without thinking at losing muscle.
I was eating mainly vegetables of all kind in the least processed manner possible, egs, chiken, beef, all kind of nuts, yoghurts, etc.

Thanks to the use of Tirz I managed to stop eating any kind of sweets for 3-6 months if I recall exactly, that was a big issue for me.

Also a big plus for me was that I stopped eating late ... dinner was at 5-6 in the afternoon.

I train every morning from 7 to 8 ... big strong coffe and 2 liters of water during the workout.

About lifting prior to this project....I had a big gap of maybe 20 years of not lifting ...since I was 23-24 years old I stopped and started back 2 years ago.

What is your dosing protocol? My impression is that 5-amino-1mq is potentially cool but too expensive to use in efficacious doses, like a gram or so per day. Companies are selling milligrams because that is affordable.
I have to say that 20mg/day of 5-amino-1mq+6mg/week of Tirz it's getting my bg below 90. most of the day even when I'm experiencing with 7i.u. of Gh/day.

I would say it's very effective on appetite suppression also...some days I have to force feed myself.

Great work! I really like your approach - sustainable results are always better in the long run. Respect for taking this path and staying disciplined. Many would have chosen the quicker, more extreme route, but you stuck to a strong strategy and pulled through.

18 g , "No PAIN, no GAIN" lol ,,, Giddy up!!
That’s a harpoon, baby. I wouldn’t personally inject myself with anything bigger than 21g and other than for drawing out oils I never use a needle bigger than 25g.

I donated blood yesterday and I am pretty sure they used a 18g to spike my veins. I’m not phased by needles too much but I don’t like watching them inject that harpoon in my vein. Doesn’t hurt too much but I just don’t like thinking about the size of those damn spikes penetrating my skin.

Hi everyone!
I’m 46, and I’d like to share my 18-month transformation journey.

I started in June 2023 with a natural approach, focusing on diet and training for the first six months. In January 2024, I transitioned to TRT ++ (200 mg testosterone enanthate/week) and introduced tirzepatide at the same time. By June 2024, I added HGH and Masteron (200 mg enanthate/week) + TrenAce (10mg/day) to refine my progress further. What’s remarkable is that while I maintained my weight at 105–108 kg, my body composition completely transformed.

This forum has been my source of guidance, and I’m excited to show the results and share what I’ve learned along the way.

TRT:

I started with 200 mg of testosterone enanthate weekly in January 2024 and later in June switched to testosterone undecanoate (200 mg every 10-14 days) for convenience.

Tirzepatide:

Tirzepatide was a game-changer, not just for appetite control but also for how it optimized insulin activity in my body. This led to more efficient fat burning and energy utilization.
Also it completely wiped out my need to eat sweets...I haven't eat any for months.

HGH:

I took 2 u.i./day (u.g.l.) first thing in the morning fasted, can not take it before sleep as it's ruined my sleeping at all.

Patience, consistency, and moderation were the main ingredients of my recipe. Tirzepatide was a breakthrough for managing cravings and optimizing insulin, while Masteron and HGH helped refine the final look.

This forum gave me the knowledge to approach everything safely and effectively."

I aim to maintain my current results while continuing to refine my physique. My focus will remain on sustainable practices and sharing my experiences to help others in this community.

A huge thank you to everyone on this forum for the invaluable guidance and support! This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without the insights shared here. I’m happy to answer questions, provide details, or hear about your journeys as well.
what was your Tirz dosage?

Did you take different dosages at different times?

great transformation by the way, really inspirational!

what was your workout routine like to get there?

Did you have a special diet?
Thanks !

Started training low intensity at first...main goal was to keep going at the gym almost daily... except for the weekends....one muscle group at a time....without thinking to much on my target... just training every day.

What really made a difference was when I started working the legs seriously...
Only then the transformation began...

No special diet, but I never had eating thrashy anyway before .....no sodas, less bread, more chicken, more brown rice, broccoli... nothing too drastic.

I forgot to mention something that I think is very important:

When I started this project I started gym sessions at 6 o'clock in the morning...

...my strategy for doing so was to burn more calories just by getting up so early ...

That's why, my first goal was to maintain that rithm every day of the week ... not thinking too much on how much weights I push or lift.

I think that's important.

Do you mean that getting up early means you are awake more therefore burning more calories? Or are you training fasted? Nothing wrong with getting up really early, I'm just curious about your thinking on this.

I used to think that waking up extra early to train fasted would help me burn more overall calories than just sleeping those extra hours... keeping all others daily activities at same level.

I read somewhere that training early in the morning, promotes weight lost and fat burning ... while training in the afternoon promotes strength and mass gaining.
