Hello, New guy here with questions on natural test levels and proper dosing.

Just wanted to start off with a quick into. Im 32, been weight training for 13 years. 5,7- 180lbs.

Ive decided to do a test only cycle with an Anadrol 50 kickstart. Im planning to run the test e at 500mg per week for 12 weeks, and the oral for the first 4 weeks.
I feel like ive done most of the research i can. Ive gotten bloodwork done. I have an AI on hand as well as nolvadex.

Now my question is; looking through my blood work, my test levels are already at the top of the range (803.0) Range [249.0-836.0]
Will 500mg per week be enough to see results? Or will i have to up the dose due to the already high natural test? I would consider this my beginner cycle, so im not expecting to build an insane level of muscle mass. Im more just trying to find the appropriate dose to optimize correctly.

Im sure new guys come on here all the time and ask questions like this, so forgive me for my ignorance. I did a few previous cycles in my early 20s and never had resources like this site at my disposal. Thank you in advance for the help!
 
First cycle? If it is, my suggestion would be to use testosterone only and see how your body manage that in particular your E2.

500mg of test is more than enough if is your first cycle, nothing else is needed.
 
Its been about 7 years since i did a cycle. Ive ran test up to 700mg with anavar with minimal sides. Although i never got bloods done.

I may just consider your advice and run test only. I included the anadrol because the reason for jumping on a cycle is primarily to break through strength plateaus. I read all about the strength benefits but am a little worried about the sides and liver toxicity.

So would you say the safest route to take on this PED journey is to slowly adding in new compounds every cycle and see how my body reacts?

What should i be asking my doctor to check for specifically on the blood tests?
