Most hair-safe compounds?

Talking Anabolics, SARMs, Peptides, all of it.
Which compounds are the most hair safe?
Obviously Nandrolone derivatives are gonna be a bit better and DHT derivatives are gonna be worse but what are you guys' experiences with different Anabolics and SARMs and hair loss?

I am very high risk for MPB and did one cycle of test and primo. I was able to keep my hair by washing it with Nizoral daily, maintaining my daily dose of proscar and applying Fluridil (Topilutamide). It is therefore possible to keep your hair while using some compounds even you are predisposed.

Hair loss doesn't work like that. Unless you're measuring shaft diameters to assess miniaturization you have no way of telling how much damage was done. You can't just look at your hairline at the end of a cycle or count dropped hairs. It's a slow moving, progressive process that miniaturizes hairs with each regrowth cycle until there's nothing left to grow back.

If miniaturization sped up 10x over several months of being on cycle you'd never see it with the unaided eye, you've just brought the inevitable closer, more quickly.

I know when I am losing hair and when I am not. Bodybuilders who use harsh compounds immediately notice shedding in the shower and other places. Before going on proscar many years ago hairs were everywhere, on the shower and on my pillow and it was becoming noticeable to the naked eyes. I was able to stop the shedding to very few hairs with proscar. When I stopped using proscar for a few months shedding would start again. There are studies that show nizoral helps with hair loss and fluridil being a topical anti-androgen should in theory help. Again I am predisposed and I know when I am losing hair. If you want to protect your hair it is probably better to wash with Nizoral and take a topical anti-androgen rather than not, don't you think?

A sudden change in hormone levels, like going on cycle, can bring on telogen effluvium, an increase in hair shed. While blunting that with proscar can lessen it, the actual damage to follicles is slow and steady in the presence of DHT. Cruise at a high enough dose that's stable and you'll go bald without any significant shedding.

Anything is better than nothing for sure. The base of this whole process is DHT, but there are many other factors contributing, inflammation (which keto helps with, acting like a topical ibuprofen), excess Demodex parasites (human skin mites, eating cells in follicles and leaving inflammatory shit behind), which ivermectin gets rid of, and even choking off oxygen from entering the follicle if your sebum (skin oil) is too thick (which isotretinoin can help with).

The more elements you can address the better, but DHT is the root cause. All those choir boys they used to castrate never went bald....

I'm just going to add something here since I don't think it's said loudly or often enough by the experts to guys who still have hair worth protecting.

If you have "greasy hair", the kind you need to wash twice a day to keep under control, you are at a much higher risk of rapid androgenic alopecia progress than guys with normal or dry hair.

There are a number of reasons for this, one is that DHT is concentrated in and spreads easily in this mix of oils and waxes. It's like applying topical DHT to your scalp, get control over that and you'll go a long way toward protecting your hair.
