Hey everyone,
A quick background. I'm a former powerlifter in my mid 20s that never used AAS, and posted decent raw lifts in the 600s for squat/deads and 300s for bench.
I haven't continued with heavy lifting due to ongoing chronic pain and fatigue issues. Got my bloods done years back and total T came back at an abysmal 330ish at my strongest point. T has since crept back up to 615 as of late after leaning out, and doing more moderate forms of exercise. This is what spurred my interest in hormonal health.
But, I usually feel tired, have a pretty bad Raynaud's problem, am in pain and am increasingly losing my libido. So, I'm here to learn more about hormones, male health, and testing panel options etc.
Cheers, and thanks for the knowledge I've gained so far!
