Surgery is pushed WAY WAY to fast these days…. I see great success with PT. As its different from lifting heavy. That hit the tiny muscles of the body and know there shit. Each movement is picked precisely. Best thing find a good PT. Glaf its helping. Thanks for the reply. I just got back from my first day of PT. My physical therapist says the thinks as of now it’s a muscle problem and that almost everyone has degenerative disk disease and an MRI would show that in most of the population. I’m hoping she’s right. I think it’s possible that I neglected my core and rear delts. I’m now incorporating core and rear delt exercises in my routine. Fingers crossed that it’s just a muscle imbalance.
I met many people where the doc said surgery, remember they get more money with more surgeries. And behole PT fixed issue. Only thing is KEEP it up. Even when you are done, incorporate in routine moving forward. It take 6 weeks to start feeling results
