Been on cycle for 3 Months, npp 150mg/100mg test prop EOD. Decided to finish up my cycle with some Ultradrol. Got my Blood tested yesterday, and my "ALT (SGPT) " came back high (579)! The results said to seek help. Is This high? This is week 3 of 5 of 20mg a day. What should I do? Should I just drop the oral? Or is this number somewhat normal when using orals? It Was 149 a month ago. Please help Thanks!

Stop everything you are doing get your ass to the DR ASAP. Start Synthergine immediately 4 to 8ML per day + 1200mgs of Milk thistle. The Synthergine will turn those numbers around real fast. https://www.synthetek.com/products/synthergine-liver-protectant/https://www.synthetek.com/products/synthergine-liver-protectant/

The only thing you forgot to put on that list is to see a witch doctor.

Op- the last thing you need is more pills and supplements. Water, clean eating and lay off the drugs- and I personally would see a physician way before you put ANYTHING else in your body.

Op, I completely agree with the others! Go see your doc; hopefully he will re-draw your labs and maybe just maybe your lab tech fucked up and your values will actually be lower. Either way, this warrants a visit asap.

Good luck man

Coming from someone with experience in managing high liver enzymes I suggest you follow Brutus advice. Drop the oral and hit Pct, avoid the nolvadex cause your liver surely won't like that in inflamed condition like it is now. Drop all non essential vitamins i.e. creatine, glutamine especially, even a multi vitamin can keep enzymes up due to certain vitamins. Vitamins E, A and Iron can become built up in the liver and start causing problems when it's not performing at full capacity. Lower your protein intake, stick to whole foods, poultry and things of that nature. Red meat in any kind of substantial quantity or over a prolonged amount of time used to fuck me up royally along with any large amount of fried foods or anything super high in sodium which is any fast food period

As far as liver sups go they are all snake oil my friend! TUDCA may very well have positive effects on liver function but good fucking luck finding a supplement company that uses a dosing amount that will be of any assistance to you as I've found out.

And MILK THISTLE is the biggest joke of them all don't buy it! Only thing that will bing those enzymes down, providing it was just the oral and possibly diet and supps that caused it, is taking it easy for a few months and not putting any un needed stress on your liver. The problem
with the liver is you usually don't know you are hurting it until it's too late, just cause you took something yesterday and today and you don't feel any worse doesn't mean it's not gonna catch up with you in a couple days.

Good one Big Poppa - the OP could go one further and slack off the weights temporarily to further reduce liver stress .

Can I ask the OP"s size & weight ? This could also be a sign of "fatty liver disease" , I know because I have it to some degree . Your Bilrubin isn't elevated so that's good .

Yep fatty liver disease is what kept my enzymes elevated in the 200 range for a while. My gastro dr and I were having a hard time understanding what was going on after the hep c treatment cause they dropped from 1400 to 200 as then stuck there like a rock. I think I further progressed that problem by eating nothing but garbage the entire 13 months of treatment.

Fatty liver disease is actually quite common in our fatty society , and is nearly identical to alcoholic liver disease in symptoms . The good news is losing weight and eating clean is all that's needed for a recovery .

Which is why I am cutting weight so drastically , to get healthier . I've went from 215 to my current 177lbs and still have 12lbs to go....

Thanks Everyone! I'm hoping the lab tech fucked up. But probably not. I dropped the orals and the npp. I'm still on test prop 100mg for 2 more shots. Trying to clear out the Npp before pct. I still have been taking all my sups, like 13 pills! Haha.... But I will stop as of now. So you guys think I should not take Nolva, only Clomid? I will get my blood tested tuesday. Hopefully my results come back better.

I called my doc, he didn't seem to worried, orderd a blood test for 2 weeks from now.
