Coming from someone with experience in managing high liver enzymes I suggest you follow Brutus advice. Drop the oral and hit Pct, avoid the nolvadex cause your liver surely won't like that in inflamed condition like it is now. Drop all non essential vitamins i.e. creatine, glutamine especially, even a multi vitamin can keep enzymes up due to certain vitamins. Vitamins E, A and Iron can become built up in the liver and start causing problems when it's not performing at full capacity. Lower your protein intake, stick to whole foods, poultry and things of that nature. Red meat in any kind of substantial quantity or over a prolonged amount of time used to fuck me up royally along with any large amount of fried foods or anything super high in sodium which is any fast food period
As far as liver sups go they are all snake oil my friend! TUDCA may very well have positive effects on liver function but good fucking luck finding a supplement company that uses a dosing amount that will be of any assistance to you as I've found out.
And MILK THISTLE is the biggest joke of them all don't buy it! Only thing that will bing those enzymes down, providing it was just the oral and possibly diet and supps that caused it, is taking it easy for a few months and not putting any un needed stress on your liver. The problem
with the liver is you usually don't know you are hurting it until it's too late, just cause you took something yesterday and today and you don't feel any worse doesn't mean it's not gonna catch up with you in a couple days.
