help me build my third cycle please

Hi,
I will soon start my third cycle and it would make me think that someone experienced could help me to achieve my goals.
Now I'll tell a bit of back story by adding photos

CYCLE 1) SUMMER 2021 CUT

this was what I achieved with my small cycle
20 mg ostarine 12 weeks. I ve end the cut at 71kg.
i was feeling good on only ostarine only last 2 weeks i could feel the suppression.

CYCLE 2) BULK AFTER CUT

immediately after the ostarine cycle I immediately started the bulk
14 weeks testosterone enanthate 400mg with 10mg daily yk 11 the last 5 weeks. Fell great on cycle never tired.
I went from 71kg to 82kg..after this cycle i did the pct with nolvadex and everything went perfect as demonstrated by bloods

I started the cycle if I remember correctly 14 weeks after the PCT from the previous cycle ... I finished the cut at 74.5kg I was very happy with the cycle, kept all the strength even increased and in my opinion I also built some lean tissue despite the deficit.
Only side i didn't love the primobolan feeling, my e2 on bloods was 32 but my test over 1400 so i think i needed more e2 because on 400mg test i was feeling great.



after the third cycle i decided to cruise on 140mg test, but after 5 weeks i got bloods and my test was only 570 so i increased to 175mg test +750hcg weekly (3 weeks in) I will repeat blood before starting my next bulking cycle in order to know if 175 is the right dosage for me and put myself in the test level i wont (900/1100).

Now i would like going to structure my next cycle that i will start in 6/7 weeks
GOAL: Put on strength packs using 5/3/1 or nSuns and build 10/15 kg clean enough in 20 weeks so you start at around 78kg and finish at something between 88/92.
i m actually on 3600kcal i ll add 400kcal day one of the cycle

OPTION 1:
weeks 1-20 500mg test
weeks 1-20 200mg primobolan
weeks 6-20 15mg mk 677

OPTION 2:
weeks 1-20 600mg test
from when my strenght stall until weeks 20-----30mg anavar
weeks 6-20 15mg mk 677

OPTION 3:
weeks 1-20 500mg test
weeks 1-6 20/20mg dbol
weeks 15-20 30mg anavar
weeks 7-20 15mk mk 677

OPTION 4:
weeks 1-20 500mg test
weeks 1-20 150mg deca
weeks 1-5 30mg tbol
weeks 6-20 15mg mk 677

MK is not a SARM or AAS, but a growth hormone secretagogue. Basically, it's going to cause your body to create more HGH and IGF-1. The big concern with MK is the change to insulin sensitivity from the constant state of elevated blood sugar. You'll need to use berberine or metformin while you take it, no question.

Further, in my experience, it isn't all that effective for fibrillar hypertrophy, which is essentially what we're all after. Granted, you'll end up gaining a ton of "water weight" in the form of sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. Basically, the muscles will swell and fill with fluid, and expand quite substantially. In the first 2-3 weeks, you'll probably gain 15 lbs from this process alone. Make no mistake, it looks just like "real" muscle, because muscular sarcoplasm is still muscle, it just isn't muscle that will actually last once you cycle off.

I've never had an issue with blood pressure, basically no matter what I do, but MK caused my BP to rise and my heart rate to increase, after 4-5 weeks. And once I cycled off, I lost all the "muscle" I had built on the MK.

I definitely think MK has its place, like a nice addition during PCT. In fact, some guys claim to keep quite a bit of the hypertrophy from it, but that definitely wasn't my experience.

Test, primo, and anavar are going to be the best compounds you've listed. I'd personally just go with option one, get rid of the MK, and add some anavar as you outlined in option 2.

20 week cycle length? Are you truly cycling, going through PCT, etc? Or are you blasting and cruising? Why is the cycle/blast 20 weeks long? That's a substantial length. Are you just basing this on the idea that your blood work should be fine for 20 weeks straight?

the purpose of the mk 677 in these cycles is not that of direct hypertrophy but that of guaranteeing quality sleep and faster regeneration than other tissues such as tendon ligaments which is why I only used it at 10 / 15mg dosage which seems to give the maximum concentration of GH but not IGF-1 which interests me less, using both primobolan and anavar I don't think will be an option for the simple fact that the first cycle with only testosterone at 400mg per week has already given me good gains so I would like to increase the anabolic potential of the cycle only a few mg at a time so that next cycle I can still increase a few mg ... if I increase too much now where will I be in 10 years? i decided for the cruise as you can see i am on 175mg of testosterone per week, i chose for 20 weeks because in my cycle preceding week 14 with 400 text + yk 11 my analyzes were still fantastic, hematocrit 49, lipid profile not bad with excellent ratios between HDL / LDL and CHOLESTEROL / HDL, just a slight increase in ALT / AST but which still remained below 90, so a light cycle I think I can do it for a longer period.
 
today I went to do bloods before shopping for the imminent start :D tomorrow I will have the answers about bloods and if all goes well I absolutely have to decide which compounds going to buy....
 
bloods come back and very satisfied with the results, the only thing that really puzzles me is my body's response to endogenous testosterone levels, 5 weeks ago with 140mg per week my levels were only 570 now with 175mg + 750u.i hcg my levels are non-calculable> 15,000 ... my cycle starts in 3 weeks so i won't have time to test a new cruise protocol which is why i will take off the hcg for these last 3 weeks remaining with only 175mg of test, i will do my cycle and next cruise i will try 150mg per week again and see how i respond, i ll try to have my testosterone in a number between 800 and 1200.3.PNG2.PNG1.PNG

Started....i Ve decided for Easy 20 weeks 525mg test cycle, 3x175mg injections weekly....i ll decide which orals i ll go to add on last 6 weeks After, between tbol/dbol/var.



WEEK 1:
-BW: 79.5KG
-KCAL 3700 (3900day on/3450day off)
-4 days a week 5/3/1 full body
 
Your Creatinine levels are 1.42 (kidney function biomarker)
Thats pretty elevated.

Did you have a really brutal workout the day before the blood draw?

Keep an eye on that

I m Always between 1,3/1,5 so i Ve done cystatine C and It s perfect, i m also really worried about my kidneys because my father had a transplant, so.i check BP every day 115/60 more less every day...i know cystatine C is a Better marker, Is It right? The only problem Is cystatine C costs a lot so i Ve decided to do It once a year while during random check that i do 3/4 times a year i ll Only be sure that creatinine Will not go over 1,6
 
I am thinking of trying the 5 3 1 programme on my Deadlift, the only negative I have found so far with it is it will be 4 months until I actually hit my 1RM in training due to it working off 90% of 1RM from the start. I guess I won't know how it feels though until I start it.

On the cystatine C test what has it shown eGFR to be as opposed to the creatinine measurement prediction?

eGFR Is Always calculated so It s not a real marker (if you have High creatine you ll have low eGFR), labors calculated It using creatine ( i did both creatine and cystatine C) so It was Like every time, i calculated eGFR using cystatine C formula my self on computer and i had really good eGFR using cystatine C...

Its interesting to see the difference in results. Really to get a proper creatinine based reading you need 1 to 2 weeks off training which most of us just do not want to do :-)
