help me build my third cycle please

Hey. What are your thoughts on ghrp-6 vs. mk677 for the sole benefit of increased hunger? Have you tried both to compare?

It's a long time ago that I've tried Mk, so can't really comment. I remember the hunger effects faded, to an extent, after a while. The GRPS's are much more effective though, albeit more transient as they have a short HL. In my case, they cause too much anxiety, as did Mk, so I could never fully utilize them.

However, I never understood why anybody thinks using GHRP's to stimulate hunger is a good idea. Shoveling down copious amounts of carbs while having high GH levels is asking for trouble. I mean, even if you're using insulin, you now have that much higher insulin levels, which will help prevent hyperglycemia, but will also help in desensitizing insulin receptors, ie. causing insulin resistance ... Imo, bulking with GH is really not healthy.

PS: my calves are shit, my quads nicee for my weight but genetically i have straight legs I don't have a nice overhang on the vastus lateralis

-10/20g peanut butter

DURING WO
-50G maltodextrin

POSTWO
-30 g whey
-1200kcal like i want, usually (ice cream-milk-cereals-bananas)

LAUNCH:
-400g pasta
-100g chiken (I can change this to any protein source I remove the kcal difference from pasta, for example 100g bacon + 50g cheese and I remove 120g pasta)
-10g olive oil

DINER:
-250G rice
-200g chiken (or any other type of fatty meat and as at lunch I remove the difference from the rice example: 200g ground beef and I remove 30g of rice)
-10g olive oil
-4g omega 3

Why are you taking malto during workout? It's much healthier to train without intra wo carbs, unless you have a very specific cost benefit reason ...

The real reason Is that i m really full of food and don t know where going to add those extra kcal

Damn, I just saw you're eating 400g's of pasta and 250g's of rice. Bro ... haha

You taking anything to help with insulin sensitivity? Like cinnamon or berberine for example ...

You are tracking calories and weighing everything - do you have a macronutrient breakdown (protein/fat/carbohydrates)?

I'm really happy with my bloods in week 19...i could do something better for my HDL...lesson learned, next time i ll add 2/3g niacin a day when i ll use an oral like anavar :(
