If you are telling the truth...that is pretty damn good. Just start off by increasing your calorie intake, take 1.5 grams of protein per each lb. of your body weight (every day) and throw in some Creatine. Most other supplements are shit...IMO.

Okay, But steriod cycle i mentioned isn't bad idea niether right?

If i intake 500mg test + 300mg deca + 30mg Dbol.. and leave it after that.. would all gain go or will it stay as long as i train hard?..

seriously for your own good...read more first, and when you decide to do it, hopefully after a good while from now, do 500mg test for 10 weeks and 30mgs dbol ED for 4-6 weeks.

Bro...not to flame you, but you need to do A LOT of research before you even get involved w/ AAS. Do you even know what anti-e's or PCT are? My advice is to read every possible post you can here. There is a wealth of info that can help you out. Good luck...and be safe.
 
Like Glock said, you better know what you're doing and you better know what and how to run PCT(post cycle therapy). If you don't at least know the how's and why's of PCT you will lose about 95% of what you gain on your cycle and it'll be a total waste of time and money. Not to mention if you can't at the very least take thier advise regarding your diet you can forget gaining anything at all.

bro sounds to me like your set on doing it, but drop the deca and add EQ instead, deca will give you to much bloat and at your age you really dont need that, EQ will give you more solid gaines, here it is at your age your test level are high enough wait until your upper 20's. good luck

I was 22 when I did my first cycle, that was 14 yrs ago(I know I'm an old Fart ;) ) My first cycle was 500mg of Sust-250, I did 250mg E3D for 8 weeks got some awesome gains off it, but I went down hill in gains and sex drive about 4 weeks after my last shot.....NO PCT :( Lesson learned the hard way :(

My advice Drop the Deca....What test ester do you plan on using and how long you using for? Also once you do a good cycle, you will be back on the juice within 6 months ;) you will not make it till you are 23.

We can help you set it up once you get all the research done...I'd say 500mg of a long acting Test ester like Test E and Dbol with a good PCT

Week 1-8 Test E 250mg 2x week
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED

Do a search for PCT for ideas
