Help me understand how to lose this stubborn fat please

Hello Guys i'm here asking your help and your advices.

Normaly i was 82kgs for 186cm but in 2020 i got a problem who make me lost a lot of weight and my kgs have become 62 In 2020.
After some times i got some weight back and i'm right now 75 kg.

When i was 62 kgs i discovered ABS in my body like i never did in my life, during my whole life my abs and hips always had a bit of fat.
Since im back at 75 its look like all kgs i got back are in the fat on my abs and hips waht strange is that i'm eating really healty because this is my life style.

I'm asking you help now because i always see people saying that losing fat always come if you are in kcal deficit.
I'm actually eating between 1100 to 1300 kcal a day since 1 years.
I'm doing keto style, not eating for 14 hours and then eating..

Everyday im eating :

1 omega 3 caps
9 chlorella
4 eggs (full) 348 kcal , 30 P , 25,2 F
1 meat cow 209 kcal , 20 P , 15 F
5 whole wheat toast 240 kcal , 42,5 carbs
1 compote 57 kcal , 13 carbs
A lot of : ( didnt count the kcal from vegetable )
Brocolli
Peppers
Onions
Spinach
Zucchini

2 Protein liquid 240 kcal , 42 P

Im running 3 times a week on very steep slopes.
Training 4 times a week for 30 mins with a kettlebell at home.

My question is why my body still make fat on my abs and hips when im clearly in kcal deficit and im also training myself like crazy when i'm doing it.

I would appreciate a lot of explanation from you guys and thank you
 
You have to be trolling.

You're literally borderline anorexic and asking why you can't lose fat. You're over 6 feet and only around 160lbs. Before I started lifting I looked like an anorexic school girl when I was 160lbs

You're not eating healthy. You're slowly starving yourself to death. You can't see definition because you have no muscle to show.

You NEED to eat more food. I'm an inch shorter than you and I cut at 2600 cals on 20-30 minutes of cardio 5x a week.

Your body is fighting for homeostasis and it thinks it's starving. It's slowed its metabolic rate and is doing everything I can to hold onto that fat.

My 5'9 gf cuts at 2400 cals and she has mild ab definition. You're eating half as much as a chick
 
You’re eating nothing man. Youre starving yourself and your body is telling you to fuck off. Women shouldn’t eat that low, nevermind a dude. You need to add food back in slowly and stop eating like a child.

If you've been doing this for any extended amount of time, your body is in survival mode... Kind of. It's going to hold onto everything, especially the stubborn fat... That's why it's called stubborn fat, the body sees that as an insurance policy for survival.

If you haven't been doing it that long... Then you should still be losing weight pretty rapidly. But, probably not losing stubborn fat.

Go back to eating maintenance calories for a few weeks and then cut calories by 500 and go from there.

OP, get your protein intake up to 1g/lb and fat intake up to ~.4, then slowly add carbs and I bet you lose weight and perform better during training. Might even build some muscle.

we’ll work on the fact that you blended Keto and IF for a suicide diet some other time.

I always been really skinny my whole life and eating like a COW ....
After many years of wokring out and using AAS i finaly reach up the 82 kgs .... I was proud of myself and never been that much massive... if i lost 20 kgs in 2020 it was for a real problem and i never been anorexic in my whole life ....
After i lost 20 kgs it was hard for my body to eat like before, in some words it was IMPOSSIBLE.

Strange things is that im never hungry and keto diet make you not being hungry exept when you have to eat.

My question was only to understand why my body make me fat when like you say " im starving and not eating enough "
Im asking about scientist explanation for the rest i know what i have to do...

No I'd suggest increasing to 2500 then dropping to at minimum 2k cals. Do NOT go below 1800 dude.

Also if you needed AAS to reach 82kg at over 6' then diet is 100% your problem. You haven't been eating like a cow..

I eat a half a chicken, several cups of rice. 4 protein shakes. 3 bananas, 3 nectarines, 3 cups berries, 4 cups oat milk. 1 cup oats. 150g granola. 750g of Greek yogurt a day.

That's 4k calories and I'm an Inch shorter than you. And I'm only going up .5lbs a week

Our bodies primary function is survival. It sacrifices limbs if it gets too cold. It perspirates fluids to cool itself off.

It HOLDS onto fat when it thinks it's starving. You need to understand that our bodies primary goal is survival. That's why it prefers fat to muscle. Muscle is metabolically taxing and Provides less energy when catabolized.

Youre starving and your body is telling you to pound sand. It doesn’t want to let any more fat go because it’s not being fed enough. Your body is a survival machine.

I'm giving you examples but if you want to contradict the information I've provided. That is based in science then enjoy being skinny fat.

You're starving yourself. I'm surprised you haven't started to lose teeth at this point. 1100 cals isn't eating like a cow that's eating like a child.

I have abs year round. I have far from top genetics, is it luck or maybe I actually have a basic understanding of caloric intakes

I hav eno problem with people who cant explain themself correctly without being agressiv in their way of talking. Honestly do you think i really care about that guy ?
