Help me understand how to lose this stubborn fat please

Our bodies primary function is survival. It sacrifices limbs if it gets too cold. It perspirates fluids to cool itself off.

It HOLDS onto fat when it thinks it's starving. You need to understand that our bodies primary goal is survival. That's why it prefers fat to muscle. Muscle is metabolically taxing and Provides less energy when catabolized.



The only times you explained yourself correctly was there
By saying im bordeline anorexic when you dont know at all what was my healthy problem.
By telling me that i didnt eat enough if i needed aas for going 82kg when you dont know from where i came... my life was skinny as fuck and i was proud of what i done.
You dont know how to talk correctly and you think you right on everything .
its not because your body worked in that way that it will work for me .

Man i dont want to fight honestly i was there to get informations.

Calories in vs calories out work the exact same for everyone. Not including some extreme metabolic/hormonal disorders.

So ya. If you needed gear to reach 82kg then it shows how little you know. That's baby weight. You need to learn to eat. I was 153lbs for a large part of my life. Now I'm 215lbs. So I know exactly what it's like to be skinny and exactly what it takes to put weight on. So do not discredit my knowledge or experience.

I don't owe you respect. Respect is earned here by contributing and adding to the board in useful ways. Saying I need to lay off the tren will earn you zero respect, especially from me. I've never used the stuff. I gave you information and pointed out a glaring eating disorder. You are eating significantly below your required intake. I'm pretty sure by definition you are bordering if not are anorexic. It's not my fault you didn't like hearing it abd took it like an attack when I was just trying to help you out. You're starving yourself. Myself and many others to you exactly what you need to do. Eat over 2k calories. Get your metabolism back. Satiate yourself and slowly decrease calories while simultaneously slowly increasing cardio. Also start actually lifting. More muscle will make cutting easier

My diet was made by my bestfriend, who actually trainin since 14 years and taking aas , my group of friend is made of BB with AAS. Not BRO , but real BB.
They helped me going out of this shit and helped me with my cycle also.
You know you can eat 1 big mac and you near 500 kcal so when you telling me you are eating 4500 kcal it depend of wich food...
When i say i was eating a LOT it was a good diet with good food every 3 hours that i could smell chicken and eggs like problably you.
This is the way i reach 82 kgs and the people around me are people i know since im young. I saw their evolution during my life.

Just no. If that's your reason for taking it then you should stay away from it. Yes anecdotally tren has insane nutrient partitioning but you can still 100% get fat on it.
