HELP Muscle Building + Cutting

AGE : 20
Working out since :1.8 years
Starting weight : 103lbs (47kg) (TO SKINNY)
Present weight : 134lbs (61kg) (NORMAL)
Height : 5'6"

biceps :13.2 inches :(

I DONT WANT TO BE A ARNOLD ... I JUST WANT A LEAN BODY FULL OF CUTTING
PLEASE ADVICE ME BEST WORK OUT PLAN FOR BUILDING MUSCLE WITH CUTTING..(triceps horse shoe cut, biceps peaks , wings like obliques, 3D abs.. etc)

I HAVE MANY PEOPLE IN MY GYM WHO HAVE BIG BICEPS .. BUT THEY ARE JUST BIG WITH NO CUTS AT ALL

I WANT TO BUILD A BODY LIKE :

WHEN SHOULD I TAKE AMINOS AND HOW MANY PER DAY ?

I DONT DO ABS WORKOUT ..PEOPLE IN MY GYM SAY "DOING ABS WILL NOT LET YOU GAIN SIZE" !
I DONT KNOW WAT TO DO.?.. I WANT THOSE 3D LIKE ABS AND WINGS LIKE OBLIQUES

you need to diet your ass off to get that look. You will fell tired and miserable when your bodyfat gets to that level, no way around it!!! Mass gainer isnt the way to go, it'll keep you soft. I would build up to about 180-200 lbs first, then diet your ass off. And for the record you can get that look naturally
 
Your probably .8" away from that kids arms :D

Depends on your genetics.
I know kids... especially your age that can eat shit
and still keep cuts, then there are the fat guys you mention
at the gym who need to cut carbs to almost nothing to get cut.

Keep protein high, enough carbs for energy to train, and get
yourself a good bowflex :eek:

What is your body fat now?
