Help my girl get lean!

Hey everyone. I'm asking for help for my fiancé. She has made amazing progress over the last two years and just finished her second anavar cycle about two months ago. Her biggest goal is to cut the rest of her stubborn belly fat and get close to the fitness model look you see on instagram. She doesn't want to compete and doesn't mind having some fat on her hips and ass. We realize you can't spot reduce and I continually tell her this.

She currently trains 5 days a week and does 4 day HIIT on an air dyne. Her diet for this fat loss phase is currently 1300 calories 5 days a week with two days jumping up to maintenance(2200-2300) calories. She has made great progress the last three weeks on this diet.

She currently takes 1.3 or so IU hgh ed for the last three months. We have measured Bodyfat using calipers regularly since 1.5 years ago. She has gone from 19.6% with only 111lbs of LBM to 11.04% with 130lbs of LBM. These numbers are obviously off by quite a bit. I measure correctly and the same every time, but I think the numbers should be around 30% when she started to 18% or so now.

She wants to take albuterol (She has experience with this) and t3 the last six weeks of this fat loss phase to really lean out. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you like her?
 
Could be to much insulin in the blood inhibiting those last layers of fat to come off , too much cardio can cause too much stress and cortisol which burns muscle and stores fat , fat burning is a hormonal issue get those in line and you will be successful , no steroid or drug can replace proper training and clean diet , a person can get shredded without gear on a keto style diet and restore blood insulin sensitivity in weeks , people that also stress and worry about nothing all the time and do not sleep well are prone to keeping on fat , not sure if this help's you but this was my experience
I don't think she's doing too much cardio at all. She just started incorporating it. Females require it for what her goals are along with a clean diet and solid training. We all do but at different levels!

Thanks. She is a very high stress person at times and I try to remind her that it can have an impact on fat loss. She has stuck to her diet around 7-8 weeks now and is leaning out very well. I think her main issue is just staying very strict and not cheating on her diet. She has somewhat "confessed" that even when she's been "dieting" in the past she wasn't counting everything. She's going to see how lean she can get natural for 4-5 more weeks, then take a diet break and decide to get leaner or add muscle,

Diet should be looked as a lifestyle and no breaks are necessary. This isn't yo yo dieting. She's making lifestyle changes which should stay with her every day... now, a cheat meal is something to look forward to but if she's currently cheating and not logging everything, she needs to get that on track. Once she eats well, trains hard and does cardio, the fat will come off and she will lean out as she adds on muscle. And can have the deserved cheat meal. So she needs to be pushing hard and not cheating herself out of greatness!

So she needs to be pushing hard and not cheating herself out of greatness!

Thanks GG. I showed her your previous posts but she wanted to stick to her diet. It is working really well. She definetly understands the lifestyle concept. When I said "break" I just meant coming back up to maintenance for 4-6 weeks keeping everything clean. That way she's not in a deficit longer than 12 weeks or so.

She hasn't been cheating at all. That's why I think she's progressing so well this time around. Not so in past attempts to get leaner.
 
I was going to say "she'd lose weight quickly if you killed her.", but I guess that's not an option.... Tried to help, sorry.
