For my exercises I just mix it up. focusing on proper form and technique.
Using lighter weight more reps. The online BMI calculator says 24% body fat. that's probably not exact at least I hope not. I will post exact blood test levels when I get them. I am on test cyp 200mg weekly for low T. Two weeks into treatment and feeling better already. Once I get comfortable that my form is correct I will increase weight. Having fun and learning a lot here. Eating properly and frequently lean meats and veggie's. Doing a lot of cardio hoping to drop unwanted fat. Looking forward to the advise from the members.
