Hey guys, Ive been running/jogging about 1.5 miles a day. Which takes me about fifteen minutes. Is this a sufficient amount of cardio? Should i bump it up to 2miles or 20-30 minutes worth.
I also have a jump rope which i can do after the gym in the evening. I did that before i started running. (for like a week lol) I would do 100 rest one minute do 100 rest one minute...etc. Trying to build up to 200, 300 and so on.

I agree with Frosty. And if your doing it for fat-loss, do some interval sprints. Warm-up for the first 2 minutes, and then alternate sprinting and slow-paced run (or walk if your cardio has been lacking). Sprint for 20 sec., then the slow-paced run for 40 sec. Continue for 10 intervals and then just walk for 2 minutes to cool-down. As your endurance and cardio increases, sprint for 30 and slow-pace run for 30. You could even sprint for 45 and slow-pace run for 15 if you can handle it. This style of "cardio" works for me.
