Help with cutting cycle

I’ve always been that permabulk person, just lifted and ate whatever I wanted. I had recently dropped 50lbs. I would like to get ripped and see abs, been doing high protein low calorie, what cycle would u recommend to keep as much muscle , or is it possible to build muscle while in a deficit?

I’m not interested in tren.

I don't think your bodyfat is high enough to justify needing keto or anything like that, and realistically you'd keep most of all the muscle if you just upped your test dose by 10-30% as you go deeper into caloric deficit

you could add in primo to act as a mild ai as you up your test dose. I tend to avoid reccomending tren on cuts anyway, yeah it definitely achieves that diced look but unless you're competing on stage its not really worth the stress it puts on you body for a couple Instagram pics.
