That's one bad diet there bro.... Way too many protein shakes and little solid food.

If there isn't a reason to drink so many protein shakes, then don't. I only drink two shakes per day, one at work and one post-workout.

meal 1 - proten shake (syntha6) and banana, 1 big apple
meal 2 (breckfast) - 6 eggs scrambled, Rice pudding or 2 tosts with 50 grams low fat cheese and 50 grams turkey in slices, 1 tbs mayo (bread is whole wheat as well)
meal 3 (lunch) - 2 chicken brests with pasta or rice
meal 4 - can of tuna, salad with two tbs olive oil, rice or whole wheat spagheti
meal 5 (diner) - steak/chicken and veg and rice
meal 6 - banana 2 yogharts
after work out - protein shake in low fat milk+ 100grams carbohydrates 50% simple 50% complex

That's only a sample of what it can be. There's still room for a lot more changes. You don't really need creatine while on cycle. Save it for pct.
