Help with gaining weight

I've had amazing results with the bulking diet I posted in the thread "Post your bulking diets".

I just realised that I have posted my weight wrong in this thread, I weighed 180 before, but within the last 7 weeks I've gained about 14 pounds. All natural baby!!!

Dr. Nick advised Homer do the same thing in the episode where Homer needed to gain weight to become classified disabled so he could work from home and wear moo-moos with a cape.....that episode was just on tonite, and that oufit is some funny shit.
