Help with splitting 5mg Finasteride capsule

Like I said, I don’t trust Ulabs.
But that is just me - I usually trust no one.
I do get my T3 and Aromasin from doc and pick it up in pharmacy myself - I even hesitate to trust that they mixed it 100% correctly. So when you take quarters that is it 100% quarter active ingredient.
Well it's been my experience that ugls are closer to target dosages than pharmacy products. Pharma is within 10%, ugls you frequently see ecact dosage or within 5%.

What I mean is a v mixer mixes api and filler evenly. So if they have 3 cap testing on the oral, then idk how the api and filler could magically separate once its capped
It can. It’s called particle segregation & is predominantly caused by differences in particle sizes within a blend, although differing densities & particle shape can contribute to a lesser extent.

Ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue as the blend is still contained within the capsule regardless of whether it’s segregated or not. If you’re trying to divide the capsule’s contents up into multiple doses, then it does become a problem.

That's why the "capping 101" diy post says use a filler with the same density

How do you know there 5 mg? And why would a source sell 5 mg when they know a dose is usually 1 mg?
5mg is the recommended dosage for BPH; 1mg is the recommended dosage for AGA. That said, I have never seen 5mg capsules of finasteride. It is much more common to see them in tablet form. JFYI, dutasteride is most commonly available as 0.5mg softgels and cannot be split because they contain liquid. But, there is an Indian brand called Veltride that is a tablet which can be split.
