15 whole sets of lower body work and 80 sets for upper body. Serious, serious problems bud.

Read my DFHT Revisisted thread. That should help point you in the right direction.

ut oh.. this comes down to the overall bodymass.. ya just can't mass up your upper body much without lowerbody leading the way... yes i know i'm not animalmass

No...I totally agree with you bro...it's overall body mass, uppers and wheels. I was just wondering if the upper body workout looks good...I know I have to fine tune the lower body. :)

Honestly bud, it's just too much. For example, your shoulders get hit on day 1,2,4, and 5.

I really think you'd be much, much better off working out 4 days per week; 2 lower and 2 upper. I would just follow my DFHT Revisited program. If there is a reason you don't want to work out that way, I'd like to hear it so that I might see why people aren't following that sort of training protocol.

I'm always open to trying something new, especially when it comes to training, so I'll give it a read and try it out. I did an HST workout and suprisingly, it worked well for me. So, I'll give your workout the same shot bro. Thanks a lot for your help.
