Hey bros, can you check out my workout routine and give me some feedback? Any help would be greatly appreciated. All reps are between 5-8, I lift as heavy as I can reaching failure only on the last set of the last exercise. I'm 5'10" 190lbs (I'm an ectomorph
). I've been training off and on for 8 years and consistently for 3 years. I also have a few AAS cycles under my belt.
