First time pinning prop..
150 eod
A week in (5 injections) and up a few pounds already while eating right around maitenence.

But holy fuck there is quite a bite with prop, the day after at least. My glutes aren't too bad, but I hit my quad and was limping a bit the day after. Owe!

Was going to hit quad today but I did my glute again because I maitenence lawns on Friday and don't feel like limping around with a weed eater ha ha.

And suggestions on other good spots? I wanna hit delts but I'm afraid I won't be able to workout if I do, not sure though. I heard calf is a terrible spot haha read some horror stories.

Pain is bearable I'm no bitch or complaining but just wondering suggestions or if the pain will subside a few shots in.

Either way loving it so far seems to be g2g

Google a ventro-gluteal IM injection...youtube will do wonders.

I have, and not many with good diagrams come up. I have watched a few but still have trouble locating it on myself. Either way at injecting eod I would still have to hit something other than glutes

One week EOD.

Put your hand above the large bulge where your femur connects to your pelvis. About on your belt-line. Now shift your weight from foot to foot. Whatever side you are touching should bulge when your body weight hits the corresponding foot.

The injection is best administered by someone else, but is easy enough alone.
When injecting on your right side, dont pick your right leg up completely off the ground, as this will cause the muscle to contract. Dont place your weight on the leg either, just let it rest on the floor and try to keep still.


Sounds daunting. But its really easy, and a great, mostly painless injection site once you get the hang of it. Watch a lot of videos...google is your friend...there is a lot of information about this site online.
 
I should also mention that I am performing Cardio 3 times a wk (yes, despite tren usage). I was on test (similar dose w/ no tren) previously (so less added water weight gain), yet I'm still putting on weight. ...so not too bad.

I have had some strong gear in the past, so I have rated the gear quality as "good". -and it is good gear, hence I will order again.

I am on week three myself and have put on nine pounds of very lean muscle. I am struggling with my cardio also but still grind through it . Girl asked me the other night if I had asthma lol. I am now trying to not gain weight and just continue to harden and cut. I am very pleased with everything with Herc.
 
9 pounds of very lean muscle in 3 weeks? I'm sure Herc gear is gtg, but I'm fairly sure it's damn near impossible to put on 9 lbs of very lean muscle in 3 weeks. I'm not saying you aren't up 9 lbs and looking great either...
 
I am sorry but I didn't mean Dorian Yates type lean heading into a comp lol.
But very solid gains and little water weight. And I am actually closing in on four weeks into my cycle come Monday.
 
Since you mentioned Dorian, all is forgiven. I really wasn't trying to flame you, but some noobs like aestheticphysique will read your post and think all their dreams will actually come true...

Glad to see you're getting good gains from your cycle.

I met Dorian at my last comp (NPC Mr San Francisco Dorian was guest posing) fucking monster in person. He seemed to be sleepy, which has been linked to thiazide diuretics.

I asked him "Chris (Duffy) told me you do 3 sus a day, and a whole bottle of anavar a day, true?" He looked up at me and managed a smile, and said "Crazy Chris" (for those that don't know, Chris went into gay porn right after he got his pro card). I said, yeah. He chuckled. I was thrilled to meet my fav bodybuilder of all time. He was around 280 lbs, and was lean.
 
Dorian was one of a kind, none of these bodybuilders now have his intensity, dedication, and love for the sport. He was a true warrior, I'd love to meet him.
 
I have pretty much used his training philosophy exclusively. It was an extention of Milke Mentzors approach

Mentzer knew that muscular growth happens when eating, sleeping, resting. He believed that, going beyond what it takes to stimulate growth actual hinders growth.

Menzer advised that, after a proper warm up, one should do just 1 all out maximum intensity set (forced reps, drop sets etc).

Dorian would do 2 all out sets on each exercise. I use his program myself, although I have been going a bit higher volume to get in summer shape. Usually, I stick w/ his protocol.

I watched Kai Green's workout...its all volume..I was like whoa!
I've seen Dorian's workout..I was like whoa!
Obviously both methods work, maybe different folks just need different strokes...
Although Dorian did have a ton of injuries...

I personally don't have the time to do Volume training nor do I have a partner/spotter for a Dorian workout.
I've become a big fan of the Wendler 5-3-1 with assistance movements. Periodization works me for me mentally and time wise.

MW....um...uh...thanks for sharing.

It is important to understand one important variable about Dorians approach. There are warm up sets before the 2 all out.

I use a lot of machines nowadays, after my last shoulder surgery (doc told my th next one will be replacement) . I keep my reps over 10. I used a heavy power bodybuilding program for 35 years so I have a good foundation.

Here is an example of the approach I use: I started my chest workout on a bench machine, 1st set was an easy 14 reps. Then I started raising the weight, so next set was 14, but I had to work a bit to get 14 reps. 3rd set, I had to work pretty hard to get 12 reps.

I bumped the weight up, Then it took me 100% effort to get 11 reps, using rest/pause to crank out the last few reps. I also stamp the floor w/ my foot, w/ helps get that last rep.

Next set, same weight, I got 10 reps, and did a brutal drop set, dropping the weight and going all out on 2 drops.

Then, I move onto incline. First set is about 95% effort, next is 100% and 3rd is 100% w/ drop sets. Do the same thing w/ declines, then dumbbell laterals for mid shoulder, and drop set over head shoulder presses.

I suppose that if you include the warm ups, then my training volume is not too different from most. The main diff is the level of intensity on last 2 sets. Most people do the same volume, but not the same intensity, And their bodies never really change.

Good feedback in here...think I'll order some of the Dbol here when it becomes available and be one of the first to give some feedback on that.
