Actually 2 weeks, the third installment was today. I went from 184 to 194. The heaviest I have been is 197. Usually gain about 10 to 12 lbs over 8 weeks. So I gained that amount in two weeks. So it definitely has something thst works. I am a hardgainer so 10 is quite a bit.
