In all reality i did put on some extra fat in the last couple months working and a bulk. But sometimes you have to say goodbye to the six pack. I have always had a hard time putting on muscle because i wanted to stay lean, until the last couple years when i finally realized i need to eat more to gain any mass with my body type. Since May of 2012 ive gone from 175-205 with maybe a 3-4% increase in BF.
