Hello everyone. Glad to be here. Been reading a lot of information here and decided to join.

A little about me. Im male, in my early 50's. Been training on and off for 25+ years. Been on several other forums for the past 15 +/- years. Took a unwanted break from training and forums for the past 2+ years due to severe back issues. Now im 90% recovered and getting back at it, slowly .

Ive learned a lot here already , and I hope I can contribute .

Have a blessed day!

Welcome. What'd you do to your back?

I buy and flip houses for a living, amongst a few other things, and do 90% of the physical and skilled labore myself. Also used to be into powerlifting. Im assuming between these 2 my back just gave up....

I woke up one day and couldn't barely get out of bed or walk. This continued for about a 6- 7 months. I went to a neurosurgeon and he said that I have put a lot of stress on my back over the past 20 years that it just gave out . Couldn't pinpoint the day it happened. I ended up with bulged disks inside and out L5-S1. I also was diagnosed with lordosis, and a few other things. Neurosurgeon referred me to another specialist at the Andrews Institute. I try to avoid back surgery and shots in my back for indefinite time.
After about 6-7 months I was able to somewhat walk, but couldn't really tie my shoes and basically stuff like that.
Anyways, 2+ years later after physical therapy and chiropractic,my back got to the point where I felt I could be functional again with out extreme daily pain.
At the point i joined the gym again, got on TRT and tesamorelin/ipamorelin. Also started on Reta. Seems this combination of things had put me in a slow but positive direction for recovery.

Long explanation. Apologies. Thanks for asking.
