HGH 40 +

Good point. My IGF-1 was 92 which is at the low end for my age. I'm checking it again after a couple months and I might switch to HGH to move the needle more.

You are definitely wasting your money on secretagogues with that IGF-1. They give like a 10-20% boost to natural production. So you're getting a whopping 10-20 more IGF-1 whereas 2 IUs of HGH will most likely put you in the 200+ range.

92? Id be getting a doc referral to find out if u got any tumors or anything in the head neck area… and see if u could get classified as having low gh and get some insurance to cover it or at least a script…

I'm doing Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin right now and enjoy the results. Are you saying the HGH is noticeably better at 2-3IU? I haven't done HGH yet but I have some on order.
I've yet to run tesa, so I don't hvethat input, but I find the gh at 3iu to be stronger than ipa/cjc. To note, I just started adding ipa/cjc back in at night at 250mcg with the gh, as it gives me better sleep. Just my anecdotal experience.

I am attributing it to being in a calorie deficit which I have now improved. I had a full body MRI which did not show anything suspicious, although it was non-contrast. I'm checking it again in a couple weeks after improved diet and a month of Tesa/Ipa. I know a month is not that long but I'm curious.

Hey guys, 42 year old male here. Currently on low-dose TRT. What would you guys say is the subjective effect of the HGH you notice? And is there anything unexpected?

For me it’s all anecdotal but it seems sleep is better, recovery is faster and I’ll know what my z-score is on 2iu (morning bolus) this week or next.

One thing to heed is how quick you ramp up your dose. Too quick and sides like CTS and numb/tingley hands and fingers could result

I’m gonna stick up again soon and may push to 4iu.

I had an IGF-1 level checked on Monday. Today is Thursday and still no results yet from Quest. Anyone know if it usually takes this long?

This is common. If you're lucky you might get results back in 1-2 days, but 3-5 is more typical, and sometimes it can be a week or even more if there are backlogs/delays/whatever.

5 days for me goodlabs (Quest)
12/10/25 draw - 12/15/25 results
so it did fall over a weekend

62 years young. Currently 2ius before bed (as per my coach). Going on two weeks. So far, so good.

Along with Test C 160mg/Mast P. 80mg. So far so good.

Bloodwork this week. Goodlabs. We’ll see how it all looks.

43yrs here, came off Tesamorelin 1mg daily to HGH 2iu daily before bed. At first with the HGH at 2iu felt that the Tesamorelin was better for sleep and recovery. Upped hgh to 3iu the last 2 weeks and now I feel the difference, back to great sleep and recovery. I work midnight shift so sleep has been a struggle, but not anymore.

I'm also doing 225mg of Testosterone cypionate, Reta 5mg, and other peptides. So far loving HGH.

40. Running 4iu am 4iu pm. Got some cts but nothing crazy
I'm curious about your CTS. Does it come and go? For how long have you had it? I started on 2IU morning with Tesamorelin at night about a month ago. I get some tingling in my hands but no weakness. I'm going down on dosages but curious of others experiences.

Why are you running Tesamorelin with hgh when hgh blunts your natural pulse? Wouldn’t that render the tesa pointless

Its constant when i first awake. Subside as the day goes. Grip is stiff at times but still fully mobile.

I think you're correct. I'm using the Tesa/Ipa blend only because I already had it reconstituted when I started the GH. Thought I would finish out the vial. Interesting that I think it still helps me with sleep.
