HGH AT 18 WORTH IT?

Use the search function. The last incel that wanted to use HGH to grow taller and more masculine ended up with permanent negative changes to his face. He didn't listen to the advice of the forum and came back crying when it went wrong.
i search but there is no one speaking so this why i made this thread

were did u read this thing

You definitely don't need HGH—just a calorie deficit. I know that’s not what you want to hear, but honestly, HGH would be a real waste of money at best. If you can't stick to a proper diet, you'd be better off using a GLP-1 (tirzepatide is my favorite). It works way better and is actually cheaper than HGH for fat loss.

I went from over 30% body fat to under 10% (and I’m still pushing further), all with tirzepatide—so it’s absolutely doable.

Leave the drugs alone. If you're serious about improving yourself dialing in your training and diet will do ten times more for you at 18 then throwing drugs at what you think is a problem.

Get a good set of grippers and play with them and not a controller or your dick LoL. I like these,
Captains of Crush Grippers - Grip Strength Training

Get a training program going, stop consuming sugary shit, and cut back on high carb foods like pizza and pasta. In six months of commitment you'll be much happier with your looks and more importantly you'll be setting yourself up for the future.

To add to above, at 18 I was pretty poor LoL are you still living at home or are you out of the nest? I only ask because spare cash for me was tight then and eating healthy isn't as cheap or easy as garbage food.

If you or a family member has some decent cooking skills meal prepping and diet control will put you ahead of the game. Get that squared up and spend some time reading and discussing an exercise program here or other forums. There's tons of folks willing to help get you dialed in.

More importantly good luck and hang in there!

I'm 40, started GH at 38.

At first I thought it was changing/growing my face, hands and feet. But after getting really peeled, like 8%, all that bullshit went out the window and now my feet, which I thought were enlarged, are smaller than the start.

I strongly wonder how many of the perceived changes from GH are just bullshit water retention.
