HGH - At What Dose Did You Get Sides?

Do you use the G7 on your back upper arm or abdomen?
If on upper Arm, any issues training delts/triceps?
any "surprises" you saw while wearing it? (some foods that spiked BS immensely where you havent thought they would or something like that)
With a CGM you’ll clearly see how fat I take slows down carbohydrate digestion. Motherfucking peanut butter will make your glucose just hang in one place, despite taking insulin, then all of a sudden like 2 hours later it drops like a fucking rock!

I wear a g6 myself, insulin dependent diabetic. I could probably tell you anything you wanted to know about insulin and glucose control

i will definitely also buy one.
Right now, im finger doing finger prick glucose test around once weekly 3-4 times a day to judge if my hgh/insulin protocol is still dealt in correctly.
but i also would like how fasting etc influences blood sugar levels.
do you wear it like 2 weeks or how long is it working?

It’s a script, most ppl couldn’t afford this out of pocket, the cost is steep! Each sensor lasts 10 days, I get 3 sensors a month. I wear it constantly, the only time it’s not working is when it’s calibrating after I change a sensor every 10 days. The transmitter that inserts within the sensor you wear is good for around 3 months. So you’ll need the transmitter as well as the sensors

Well what's the cost w insurance?
Or it dosent cover it unless it diabetic or some bs?

I hate you.

I would kill to be able to push 10 right now with no sides but as it stands, I wake up 4-5 times a night off of 6 ius.

Low and slow brother. Are you taking that in divided doses?

Definitely don't want to be waking up that many times tho. Not good for gains or health in general.

Underrated comment... I can live with some CTS in my day-to-day life, but it makes sleeping TRASH. Waking up multiple times a night because your hands/arms fall asleep and you need to wake up and shake them for blood flow.

Honestly, I've been taking 3 days off HGH now because of CTS symptoms and I've had good sleep for the first time in very long. It's ridiculous because CTS side effect counteracts the biggest benefit of GH... which is sleep.

It's gotten so bad that i might just quit the GH and have more quality sleep in my life naturally and miss out on the fatloss, better pumps, fullness etc...

Yesssir. 2iu 3x per day. It is getting better and once completely done I’ll start pushing up again.

That’s tough… why do you think it’s hitting you so hard? Personally, I took a few years off, got cocky, and then jumped from 4-8 in the matter of weeks before having to go back down. I’m sure this was my issue.

I can tell the water retention at 4+. I haven’t ever gone very high though and don’t have a lot of experience.

I do have a stupid question though. If it causes water retention, what do bodybuilders do during contest prep? Water retention in an agent used primarily during a cut for added weight loss seems counterproductive?
A lot drop it pre contest, especially if using generics. Depends person to person, but a lot of guys are using pretty dramatic, and stupid imo diuretic protocols so some keep it in and the diuretics flush the water.

Sleep has to be prioritized in this game.

Fuck trensomnia and waking up all night bc GH/CTS. Pick different drugs or figure out better sleep hygiene (not to you specifically, AB, but to anyone else reading).

What is the reason you are waking so much?

I'm waking around the same to get up for the toilet, got to piss a lot but I'm also in summer here and drinking a lot of water through the day....

I just increased another 2iu/day 4 days ago, so now 7iu am and 7iu pm - 14iu/d. This increase is probably the 1st one that I've struggled with more then 3 days.

Have swollen hands and lower legs, get some slight tingling in fingers at times, definitely feeling fluid retention. Will wait it out another 4 day and see if it subsides.

Been running this GH cycle since mid Nov 23.
