I respectfully disagree. Refrigerating the BAC water after the first draw from it will extend its usable life since it will slow the growth of inserted microorganisms further.Room temperature is preferable as it provides for better dissolving. There's no reason to refrigerate BAC anyway, It only encourages condensation on the stopper introducing a potential source of contamination, especially if the vial is left unprotected within the refrigerator.
Also, reconstituting the refrigerated peptide molecules (+filler) with water that has the same temperature as itself may be preferable. Even a very short moment where the reconstituted peptide is at, or close to, room temperatures will lead to a small but non-trivial increase in degradation.
