HGH for bulking

What sides are you talking about? The idea is to get no sides for insulin and know how to diet properly when running it.
Well he was having extreme lethargy on 5iu of hgh alone. Strange because I have very little at 6 to 8iu, unless I've gotten used to it.

And I figured those were the sides he was referring to, but I wanted to make sure I understood the question. I had a little lethargy at 4iu but it went away after about a week.

Well I am trying again. Starting at 2 iu and raising it.

yes to the lethargy.

What is your diet?
350 g protein
400 g carbs
150 g fats
4350 cals +\- 200 cals

I am 6 foot 1
14 percent bf
222 lbs

some days I eat a little more or a little less but only by 200 cals

I have been doing this for 3 weeks.

before this was only 3800 cals.

gHs benefit in “bulking” is the resultant IGF spike.

bulking protocols vary from source to source, but most common I have seen are:
-taking your weekly ED total and dividing it by 3 and only using it 3 day a week at the larger dose
-3 on 1 off

Combining with insulin is where gH gets its real legs for bulking purposes.
Would you take it like this split, all at once or 3x a day?

Post up your actual meals
Ok here you go

food/protein/carbs/fats
chicken pot pie /20 g/80g/50g

Cereal with milk fairlife and
Honey 20 g/80g/20g

pizza 10 g/90g/10g

cereal milk and honey 20g/80g/10g

shot of olive oil 0 g/0g/50g

dinner. 50g / 50g / 5 g
(chicken steak burger or tacos)
Cheese
Cup of rice

Juice 2x a day 0g/60g/0g

Protein shake 100 g protein 2x a day
4 scoops - 8 tot at night due to stomach issues it gives 8pm and 10 pm

Thats
320 g protein 500 carbs 150 g fats

so
Even more then I thought(edit- not by much)

4500 cals

Looks like most things have been mentioned already about how to grow on hgh. Insulin combined with hgh will definitely make you grow or ‘bulk up’ for sure!
Although insulin combined with hgh is the most effective way to put on mass, I think it’s also very fuckin dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing! I mean one fuckin shot can kill you if you’re not educated on insulin. Imo, that’s for advanced athletes who complete.

Now the way I use hgh to grow without using insulin is a blast and cruise type way. This is a long process and I believe one should look to have enough hgh to do this for a years time. Minimum of 6 months. Hgh is enhanced when running AAS along with it. From my understanding hgh grows new cells in the body, then the AAS will aid in growing those new cells!

I will cruise at 2-3ius a day until I’m getting ready to blast my AAS cycle. Then I slowly ramp up my hgh until I hit 5ius and stay there for the remainder of my blast or until I can’t withstand the sides. (Usually I do ok with sides though).

You will not get as big doing it like how I stated as you would if you ran hgh at a higher dose with insulin but it still will be a noticeable thickness and fullness to your muscles, in my experience. Plus a lot safer!
I seriously doubt I’ll ever add insulin in. But the protocol I run is working for me and I’m liking my results. Insulin, to me, is a whole other beast that I’m not gonna try to tame.

Bottom line is food is what makes us grow. If calories are at a surplus you’re gonna grow, if at a deficit you’re gonna loose.
If you’re not growing or loosing then check your diet first before adding any drugs to the mix. Nutrition is the deciding factor to grow, or not to grow.
:)

How could you function and deal with the sides? that seems unrealistic.
What are you using for GH? I do not have a favorable opinion of generics, and only use pharma GH. Pharma GH does not give me any sides at all even at 6-8 iu, other than insulin resistance, which is easily corrected with metformin/insulin. I don't ever go above that because I don't feel the need to. If I was competing again, then I would, but not doing that anymore. I know plenty of guys using over 10iu of pharma, and they have no problems either.

You’re not much of an eater are you? That doesn’t seem like a high volume of food. Have you ever tried eating “clean” foods as opposed to the more refined foods? I know there’s much debate, but supposedly the rice, potatoes, chicken, turkey, steak, fish, etc. can be digested in a way that’s more bio-available. Therefore you’re body actually absorbs the nutrients as it’s processed. Could be right, could be wrong. But the majority of the pros eat this way and I believe it’s for a reason.

Some days I get more chicken in and steak. Or leftovers from dinner. But this is really how I have been eating the past 3 weeks. Besides the days I go out to dinner. Which is every3 days.

I Do not do well with eating. When I used to smoke pot I did eat much more.

I will try to get another serving of potatoes and chicken or steak a day. Thank god thanksgiving is soon. I will have no problem getting in more calories. All the left overs will
help.

Of course those foods are better but lets say I cant get as many callries down that way by 1000 wouldnt the macro count matter more. Protein is protein.
