HGH for bulking

Some do, most don’t. But they have plenty more time to cook as a lot don’t work much outside of bodybuilding unless they sell merchandise or send training plans from home.

Nonetheless, I work 9-10 hour days and raise a family and I take 2 hours every Sunday to cook a week of food. 6-7 meals for 7 days.

Although I don’t have problems eating, I hear you on not being able to get in enough “clean” foods.

Check out the necessities of phosphorus in foods and building muscle. It’s pretty interesting. I don’t have much advice on eating more clean foods, other than building up your body’s ability to handle them. I hope you can find something that works for you.

turkey bacon, turkey sausage, nuts, nut butters, Greek yogurt, fruit, eggs, eggs, eggs.... eggs....

I do know using salsa and different low sugar sauces really help me to eat dryer foods that typically involve eating clean.
 
Find slow cooker/pressure cooker recipes for chicken. You can throw 6lbs in and it comes out really moist and tender. Make tacos. Put it in rice. You don’t even have to stand with it and can go about your day.

Cool I am on the verge of prepping food too. Just havent got around to it. But seems like its the only way. I do take chobani yogurt greek a lot.

When i smoked I hit 250 lbs. very easy. But I hate the feeling, of being stoned. Ill see how I do in the next week. I have gained 1-2 lbs. but not anything really.

You can throw a beef roast in with potatoes and veggies too!

I know for me, prepping is the ONLY way I could meet my goals. I remember my first bulk, I would gag finishing my meals, chugging water. I’d wait 30 minutes and finish the meal if needed. But a week went by and I could eat more. And more. And more....

Hell, you could even substitute some of those meals with blended smoothies. Protein or egg whites, fruits, oats, nut butters, nuts. Even get certain veggies in there and you can’t even tell and get the micros you seem to be lacking. Easy as hell to get down and clean.

Cereal with milk fairlife and
Honey 20 g/80g/20g

pizza 10 g/90g/10g

cereal milk and honey 20g/80g/10g

shot of olive oil 0 g/0g/50g


dinner. 50g / 50g / 5 g
(chicken steak burger or tacos)
Cheese
Cup of rice

Juice 2x a day 0g/60g/0g

Protein shake 100 g protein 2x a day
4 scoops - 8 tot at night due to stomach issues it gives 8pm and 10 pm
I'm not the most knowledgeable member on here, but I think if you added some more whole foods for protein you would have better results. More than half your protein is from milk alone. You need some eggs, beef, chicken, etc, etc. Ditch the cereal and add some rice and steak in there.

Yeah, you don't need insulin or HGH you need to start prepping your meals and eating more. I noticed a huge change in my physique when I started eating all home made meals. Hop in the food thread and get some more ideas. I prep all my lunches and dinners over the weekend. This is a short week because of thanksgiving. If I were bulking the veggies would be rice or sweet potatoes.IMG_20191123_174903.jpg

gHs benefit in “bulking” is the resultant IGF spike.

bulking protocols vary from source to source, but most common I have seen are:
-taking your weekly ED total and dividing it by 3 and only using it 3 day a week at the larger dose
-3 on 1 off

Combining with insulin is where gH gets its real legs for bulking purposes.
So @Mac11wildcat your saying 3 days a week correct? Meaning if you used say 5iu a day for 35 a week, it would be roughly 12iu mon wed Fri? The following comment of 3 on 1 off didn't make sense to me regarding this protocol.... Could u explain more if I'm missing something. Thx
